Should you continue to train at home during the lockdown?

I can't stress enough the importance of physical activity during these times. Motivation and discipline are the drivers of successful habit formation. Motivation can come and go. Today you might wake up feeling motivated and tomorrow you might feel the opposite. Motivation can only get you as far as you can think of. But what comes to consistency is having
strong determination. Means we will still show up in whatever circumstances bring us. Determination can inevitability help you to develop the qualities needed for you to achieve your goals. I think we all can agree the best way right now is to use these times to address it. We can take control and step outside our comfort zone with proper guidance on our plan and strategies. We may often do too much too soon, as we may have overestimated or underestimate our capabilities somewhere in our exercise program.
