Single Leg Medicine Ball Chest Push to RDL.
This exercise develops upper body pushing power as well as establishes the ability to decelerate in single leg moves. Great for single leg stability and pushing power.
It is also a great substitute for limited training space without having to throw the ball in such greater distance.
