💥Explosive Leg Drill💥

Lateral Lunge To Knee Drive Skips

For developing lateral deceleration ability and push off in single leg movement.

〰️〰️〰️

High velocity movement equate high eccentric force. Make sure we develop the ability to withstand the high amount of eccentric force in multiple planes. 🤙This drill will help you to prep for your change of direction ability and minimize injury risk. Add this to your routine if your sports requires you to run, taking sharp corners,  jump and sprint.
