Single Leg Medicine Ball Overhead Slam to RDL.
This exercise develops upper body explosive power for overhead throwing as well as establishes a proper deceleration mechanics in single leg stance. Great for single leg stability and learning the ability to absorb force in single leg in conjunction of throwing activities.
It is also a great substitute for limited training space without having to throw the ball in such greater distance.
