The workout combination will make you sweat in a few seconds. Recruit maximum muscle fibers and fire up your nervous system with isometric exercises. Great challenge to the body and mental. All you need is towel

1) Lunge Hold With Bicep Curl Hold

>Hold the towel with underhand grip and place it under your thigh. Push your front foot down to the ground at the same time curl your arm and contract your muscles as hard as you can.

2) Single Leg Romanian Deadlift With Towel OH

> Hold the towel with overhand grip and constantly pulling the towel apart and hinge your hips back and lift your back leg up. As you come up lift your knee up along with your arms. Challenge lower body stability, lower back endurance and rotator cuff strength and mobility.

3) Seated Towel Row Iso Hold

>In a seated position hold the towel using overhand or underhand grip. Pull the towel and drive your elbows back with you chest up without rounding your shoulders forward. Contract and pull as hard as you can.
